100 Cases Shu -Source point Combination Treating Male Infertility With

Abstract Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of Shu-Source point on male infertility with immune disorder and its action on anti-Sperm Antibody (AsAb).
Methods: 100 cases of male immune infertility with positive AsAb were dived into acupuncture group treated with Shu-Source point combination (n=50) and medication group treated with oral administration of prednisone (n=50). After two course of treatment, compare the result of AsAb.
Results: In acupuncture group, the total effective rate, sperm density, mobility rate and positive AsAb were significantly improved compare to those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Acupuncture Shu-soure point combination can turn positive AsAb into nagative and favor male immune infertility

Abstract Objective: To explore the mechanism using acupuncture and moxibustion to improve sperm quality
Methods: 32 cases of male infertility will get measured of sperm concentration, vitality, mobility and fructose level before and after 3 and 6 month of acupuncture and moxibustion,
Results: after 3 and 6 months of treatment, all index above were greatly improved (P<0.01)
Conclusion: acupuncture and moxibustion can improve sperm quality and seminal fructose level in male infertility
