A letter from Dr. Li Liu, now a mother of a 31 month old girl, her insight and intuition to help infertility:

Hi to all who want to have a baby,

A baby is a wonderful gift from the universe, from the nature, it is created at the right time, right place by the right parents. The process to have a baby is creative. To make it happen, you need to have the right lifestyle, especially a healthy diet; over 80% of couple can achieve a successful pregnancy by eating a healthier diet. In my work for counseling and treating couples with fertility issues, I found that many of them eat the wrong diet or wrong combination of food which weakens the immune system on a daily basis. In Chinese Medicine, diet and nutrition is a very emphasized part because it is the only way we get energy from. And energy is necessary for ovulation and implantation. We don't have our cycle during pregnancy is a natural way to conserve energy for embryo growth in the uterus. Certain diet or food will be proper or promote ovulation, implantation and prevent miscarriage. Personally speaking, my first miscarriage is caused by eating too much seafood like crab meat, so that after I changed my diet from cold/raw food to more warm and cooked food, my second pregnancy is uneventful, just one time my blood sugar goes up after eating moon cake so I have to do a blood detox through herbs to bring it to normal. It is all about diet change. Then conserve your energy, take a nap, sleep well, not get involved with too much social activity or obsessed with some emotional issues. They took energy from you. Let the old go so that you can have something new like a baby. This means you are not only prepared to have a baby physically but also spiritually. Last point is try to do some creative work instead of repetitive. Have a baby is not a goal, but a reward for your sincere desire to change and be creative. It won't happen naturally if you just make your mind, it happens naturally for your action and from your heart. It is not about a baby, it is about yourself. So don't wait, start to change yourself today if necessary and when you are healthier the baby will come.

      

Dr. Li Liu's True Story:

I was married for over 9 years and seriously wanted a child in the past 3 years. But nothing happened. Each month when I had the cycle, it had been very frustrated and sad. At the same time, a lot of calls from women clients seeking help for infertility who suffered exactly like my situation. Then I had a dream one night, I dreamt about a lot of babies crawling on the floor in my office, the image is so clear that intuitively I know it is the right time for me to bring more babies in this world. Then I use myself as a test subject, went to see infertility specialist, had all hormone and fallopian tube test done, everything is normal. I tried different Chinese herbs, Ayruvedic Medicine, explore formulas published in the research paper, finally I tried an acupuncture formula for infertility targeted over 35 years old and started trying that on my clients and myself. Then miracle happened. Four of my clients got pregnant within one cycle, with average of 2-4 treatments. They all got pregnant naturally. One special story told by one client, who had failed 2-3 IVFs, and used to suffer miscarriage and scars from D&C, severe endometriosis, she went to me for 2-3 months with no satisfied results, then she took a vacation. One month later, she called and told me that she got pregnant in her last try of IVF with only one egg (doctor refused to perform IVF, but she decided this was the last chance) and wanted me to share her stories of hope with my other clients. Another client had to sell a car to prepay 3 IVFs, the first two failed without any reason when taking Lupron and the third one was successful thanks to my "before and after" transfer formula and diet change, which I tried on myself and clients and find it effective. I also helped her with her second pregnancy successfully. Now my daughter is  23 months old, I enjoyed her every smile and every cry.
